Process
  • Step 1: Fill the ICVS Exam -user account registration form

    • Step 1.1: Upload photo identity scanned document

  • Step 2: Submit the form

  • Step 3: Check your mailbox for auto-generated email having a link to verify your emailid and also  details of  your User ID & Password for loging into ICVS online services portal.

  • Step 4: After verifying your emailid, login into the site using your User ID & Password

  • Step 5: Access your page – “My Page”

  • Step 6: Check your mailbox for auto-generated email about your personal details verification status approved by  regional charter administrator . Only on approval
     access your page “My page” once again.

  • Step 7: Access your page using your User ID & Password. From your “My page” select and block the exam date, time, Country and Exam Center.

  • Step 8: Complete the payment details .

  • Step 9: Submit the exam slot schedule

  • Step 10: On successful payment, you will receive an email with Exam Admission Card attached, detailing your preferred exam schedule.

  • Step 11: Print the Exam Admission Card and carry to your exam center.

  • Step 12: Keep logging into the site frequently for updated information on any changes (as may require) and read all policy documents available on ICVS online services portal.
