Typographical Product Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, IACVS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, IACVS shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Product Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order for a product from the IACVS Web site, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell any product from the IACVS Web site. IACVS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for a product for any reason. IACVS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our finance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Sales Taxes
IACVS shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Seattle, WA, USA. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Product Guarantee
All of IACVS's products available for sale through the IACVS web site are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of sale/invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, IACVS makes no representations or warranties either expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the IACVS site, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to IACVS arising from any product sold on the IACVS sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall IACVS, its directors, officers, employees, or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product(s) sold.

Audio
The audio for the live webcasts will be provided through your computer speakers. There will not be an option to dial in with your phone. Using earphones or a headset is highly recommended.

Schedule Changes
Times are subject to change. If the details of the event change, (such as a time change) you will be notified via email.

Cancellation
IACVS does not permit cancellations of the Virtual Conference. All sales are final.

Single Use
Purchase is single use only. You may not share login information. Accounts found to be in abuse will be suspended without refund. An example of abuse is multiple computers accessing the webcast or Virtual Conference simultaneously from the same account. For organizational or multiple-user access, please select from one of our multiple-user purchase options.
